Terms

In force from 20 October 2026.

What you buy

The kit is a digital product: a written guide and a repository for running an agent loop on a machine you control, with the updates I publish to them. It is sold once, by the merchant of record, Paddle, at the price shown on the home page, in three tiers: Files, the guide and repository as they are on the day, for one person; Personal, for one person on any number of machines you control, with updates for twelve months from purchase; and Team, for up to five developers in one company, with the same updates. The guide and repository you downloaded stay yours in every tier. Launch prices are shown with their end date on the home page, plus any tax the merchant must collect.

What you may do with it

Install and run it on any number of machines you control and change it as you like: for your own work with the Files and Personal tiers, or for up to five developers in one company with the Team tier. You may not resell, sublicense or republish the guide or the repository, or pass copies to people outside your company. Each paid copy is stamped with its order id, in the repository and in its licence file; a copy found outside your company is traced to that order.

What it is not

The kit runs model providers' tools under your own accounts and keys, on your own machine. You are responsible for those accounts, for what the loop builds, and for what you merge. The kit is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind, and my liability is limited to the price you paid.

Refunds

Refunds follow the merchant of record's policy. If something in the kit does not work as the guide says, email me first; I would rather fix it.

Set-up help

Help getting the loop running on your machine is a separate service by appointment, described on the set-up help page, and is not part of the kit.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Ohio, United States. The merchant's own terms govern the payment.
